Important notice about reduced STEREO
science operations
Update: On 8 July 2015, the STEREO mission operations team started
bringing the Ahead spacecraft out of the "safe mode" that it had been in for
the last four months as it passed behind the Sun. Over the next several days,
the spacecraft will be brought back into normal operating mode, and the
instruments will be turned back on. Please see

Science Center
The STEREO Science Center serves the following functions:
- Archive for STEREO telemetry, mission support data, and higher level
instrument data and analysis software.
- Processing center for STEREO space weather beacon data.
- Focal point for science coordination.
- Focal point for education and public outreach activities.
This website serves the first three of the above functions, and is designed to
be used by scientists and the operations team. For more general information
about the STEREO mission, including education and public outreach, please also
visit our

website.
